Letters of thanks for a great Top Half round...2011.

I want to thank you and all the Club members for putting on such a great event over the weekend. It was evident from the new timber and new concrete that huge effort has gone in to getting the facilities ready for the influx of karters and support crew (eg. Dads like me) and the results were first class. We all understand the effort required of club members to achieve these things. I especially appreciated the sun shades over the dummy grid – something we could do with at Mt Wellington.

It was also great to see the event as a real community event with entertainment for families and visitors generally and we were all made very welcome. I look forward to future events at your great club”

“On behalf of the Tinney family, I would like to thank EBOP kart club for making the 3rd round of Top Half such a great success!  We thoroughly enjoyed the trip,  Rhys enjoyed the challenge of a new track and the facilities were great.  It was very evident that alot of hard work and effort had been put into the running of the event.  Once again congrats on a awesome event.”

“I thought I should take the time to congratulate you and your entire team for the time & effort you all put in to make last weekend’s meeting a great success.

My son Jacob was competing in the Junior Restricted class & since we had never raced at EBOP before we travelled down to Edgecumbe on Friday to get some practice.

On arrival the placed looked great, you guys had obviously put in a lot of hard work leading up to last weekend & it’s a credit to you all; being on Kartsport Auckland’s committee I know the time & effort required by all to make the bigger meetings work.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful and the whole weekend was well organised making it a little less stressful for a stressed out racing Dad!!

My wife Tracy was a part of the race control team again and enjoyed the company of the EBOP crew and wanted me to pass on her thanks and to say hi.

You guys live in a beautiful part of the country and have the ingredients for a great club going forward.

Again thanks for making us all feel welcome and we look forward to catching up with new friends in Hamilton for round 4.”

“Totally agree!

We really enjoyed the weekend plus the driver turned up as well!”

“Well done to all the club on a fantastic effort. It was one of the best meetings Joe and I have been to in recent memory. We really enjoyed the awesome atmosphere, the trees, and the pleasant pit area. Joe really liked the track, he thought it was challenging and exciting to drive… we will definitely be back for other meetings at EBOP.”

“Please pass on to your team congratulations from Rotorua Karters Inc. committee, on successfully hosting Round Three of the Top Half Series.

The effort and enthusiasm from your committee and it’s members was evident and ensured the meeting ran like a well oiled machine. Add to that the extended pit area, good food, bouncy castle, grandstand and upgrades to the tech shed and pit shute ensured many new to the track left with a great impression.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to visit your club and enjoy the park like setting, the friendly hospitality and the opportunity to race a track that for me was a first. The organizers of the event should be very proud of their achievements—everything ran like clockwork, no great delays between races and all and all EBOP proved they are more than capable of running permitted meeting that other clubs could be jealous of.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and hope to be back your way in the future with a few of our class who also had a great weekend.”
